Hi,
Sorry for the lack of posts lately. We have had a pretty "routine" week this past week. Jon is once again back into his studying. Although he enjoyed his break, he was also excited to start some of the classes he is taking this semester. One of his classes goes through a in-depth study of all of the organ systems of the body and will take up a majority of his studying time. He also has a neuro class this semester, a topic Jon doesn't have a problem getting interested in. One exciting thing for him this week was receiving his medical instruments that he will eventually be using as he gets into learning how to do physical exams, etc... We have taken eachothers blood pressure, examined eachothers eyes, and tried to see what is in eachothers ears. Beware family, he may decide to practice on you next!!!

I have been working, scrapbooking, and a new adventure - attempting to teach myself to play the guitar!?!? Nick is letting me borrow one of his old guitars to try this endeavor. I have already learned that I will need to develop a little more strength in my fingers to push the strings down hard enough as well as calluses on my finger tips (yes! you WANT calluses on your fingers). Don't expect any amazing performances quite yet, I am still mastering "Mary had a Little Lamb." haha

The stethoscope looks like a nice fit, Jon!! So does the guitar, Erin, although it's almost the same size as you! Hee hee! Enjoy studying - BOTH of you!! :-)
